When is OTRS v5 and OTRS v6 EOL ?

((OTRS)) Community Edition 5 is already out of support and just receive security updates (till OTRS 8 will be released end of March). ((OTRS)) Community Edition 6 will at least get security fixes till OTRS 9 is released

When will OTRS 7 become community edition ? OTRS 8 was released this week, right ?

See viewtopic.php?f=53&t=41628 , looks like Community Edition will be discontinued. It´s time to migrate to another SD, for small shops like me, they don´t have any offering, 10 agents is too much.

Relax, regarding to the recently updated SECURITY.md is version 6 still supported. 5 is EOL.

Yeah but that doesn't change the fact thet there will be no new community edition after OTRS 6 go EOL whenever that is,right ?

The latest, to me known, official information made in a public document for the shareholder mentioned a 2 year delay for new Community Editions. I would not speculate, because there is no official statement.
