Apache2 Internal Server Error

Hello,

OTRS 6.0.23 on Debian 10.

While accesing (AgentTicketZoom and others) certain tickets the following Apache error arises:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@contoso.com to inform them of the time this error
occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Apache/2.4.38 (Debian) Server at otrs.contoso.com Port 443

/var/log/apache2/otrs-access.log shows the following:
10.0.0.241 - - [01/Apr/2020:11:04:59 +0200] "GET /otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom;TicketID=279499 HTTP/1.1" 500 828 "https://otrs.contoso.com/otrs/index.pl" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:74.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/74.0"

(Note the 500 error code).

Perhaps the relevant part is CUSTOMER_ID and CUSTOMER_USER_ID. There are malformatted addresses?
These tickets can only be deleted thru a Generic agent job.

Nothing in the Apache error log? No stacktrace? Please check again.
