Hello,
I'm trying to resolve all the issue I've from the update from 6.0.10 to 6.0.27 ... now after having performed the procedure (for both Admin and Customers) I got the webpage to present a lot of 404

I've those files in my old backup folder, but don't know why it still looks for it. Have I to run something particular?

For the admin part I recopied them, but don't know if it's the correct procedure, before doing also for Customer one, I ask you if there's a command to run

I've updated the other post,since I've repeated the installation (reverting the virtual machine)

uhm..... I've tried to delete the cache and similar, but still looks for older file. in the new folder I've created following this documentation

there're no js-cache or css-cache under the respective paths it looks for.... I'm wondering if maybe it's best to start from a scratch installation then import tickets /users /clients and so on...

try as otrs user, (opt/otrs)

1. $OTRS_HOME/bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Loader::CacheCleanup

2. delete everything under $OTRS_HOME/var/tmp/

3. restart apache
