Remove Time units and Is visible for customer fields

Dear everyone,

When I reply to note, the article input field shows up with "Is visible for customer" and "Time units" fields.

Is there any way for me to hide or remove them? Thanks!

Hi

Time units can be disabled in sysconfig.

The checkbox is core element and is not configurable.
For this you have to change code AFAIK.
