RS4OTRS Mobile - Mobile app for OTRS 6 CE

Dear colleagues!

We are glad to present you our unique product — an agent’s mobile application for OTRS 6 Community Edition.

Radiant System has developed a free application for working with agents on mobile devices. An Android version is currently available.
The planned release date for the iOS app is June 2020.
The application provides full-fledged work with tickets in a modern interface with push notifications.
Like many other useful add-ons for OTRS 6 CE, Radiant System will support and actively develop the application, adding more functionality to it.

For the application to work, you need to install two free packages:
JSON API
Mobile
from our marketplace RS4OTRS.COM and enable the necessary notifications in the standard Admin / Ticket Notification Management section. It is also necessary to configure the web server.
All details are in the modules mentioned above.

Regarding th API JSON addon, not actually a bug. just a reminder.

if you are using Ticket Number Generator - Auto Increment,
do avoid set the system id that start with 0.
Because it will generate a ticket number start with 0*******. and will break the JSON decode response format.
