Toggle ArticleDetails

Hi everyone!

Information: We are using OTRS 6.0.20.

Question: We want to see the ArticleDetails (from, to, subject) always in the Ticket header, is there a way to Change this option without clicking on the "i"?

I didnt found any options to change it. Maybe i searched in the wrong direction :-)

Hi,

You can use the SysConfig Ticket::Frontend::ArticleHeadVisibleDefault or install the free add-on Znuny4OTRS-ZoomArticleDetailsExpand for a little bit more.

hey!

thanks for the answer. i did try to enable the Ticket::Frontend::ArticleHeadVisibleDefault - but it didnt change things in the ticket... :shock:
is this function enabled only for new tickets? i have guessed its systemwide.

Hello Tim,

Is it possible that you forgot to deploy the configuration?
Go back into the system configuration.
If you this message in German 'Es sind Einstellungen vorhanden, die bislang nicht in Betrieb genommen wurden. Möchten Sie jetzt eine Inbetriebnahme starten?', press on it and deploy the changes.

No i havent forget to deploy my settings- I hoped so... that would be the easiest solution :lol: Does this setting works in your envoirement?

Yep.
If it's enabled, it'll work on all tickets – for all agents.

it doesnt work for me... i guess i will test the free add-on Znuny4OTRS-ZoomArticleDetailsExpand ..
