I need to backup and restore 1 week data from once instance to another. Are there any backup and restore command to do the same?

No, this is not available. Maybe, based on your configuration (database, ArticleStorage) it could be possible with hard work. Learn about archive log (Oracle), binlog (Mysql) etc. But I would not recommend this.
