RS4OTRS Ticket Owner Agent For Subject


Add-on simplifies the overview of ticket assignments to agents

Key features:

The first name and last name of the agent are added to the "Subject" field on the "Change Owner" form when a ticket is assigned to this agent (Action = AgentTicketOwner),
The agent first name and last name is added in the format: [The default note subject - Agent Firstname Lastname].

RS4OTRS Customer User VIP


Provides additional highlighting of VIP customers in TicketZoom and ticket lists.

Key features:

Adds customer status in the Customer Information widget (in the Ticketzoom)
Highlights tickets from VIP clients in tickets lists.
