How can I disable autocomplete in from/cc in ticket compose?

How can I disable autocomplete in from/cc in ticket compose?

Hello,

Right now we need to give access to one of our partners to our OTRS so we created a new agent. The thing is that we need them to see nothing about our clients. The possibility of permits is not very wide so we disabled "Client" in the menu bar. The problem is when you want to reply a ticket with that agent because all of our clients are shown in the drop down list, ¿How can we disable that autocomplete?

Hi,

AFAIK you can't just disable this feature. The only working solution for this I know is using a feature add-on, none of them is available for free.
