not able to see new open in ticket queue overview

Hi
Iam using OTRS 6.0.19,

Iam unable to view new open in ticket queue overview section on dashboard. i lso want to enable close into it. but unable to do it. all setting in sysconfig is same as my test machine with 6.0.18, anything iam missing.
please help
