Dropdown is using the first value instead of empty value

Post by cris12345 »

Hi,

I need to have a mandatory drop down, so when the agent forgot to fill it the system doesn't allow him to save without fill that field.

However, I leave the default value empty, but in the form that dropdown is using the first value in the list as default.

I don't have to create a default value for empty like "Please select an item" because the idea is that the agents doesn't forget to fill it.

I appreciate the help a lot if someone knows how to do it

I don't know if that matters but I'm using KIX4OTRS

Hi,

Any ACLs on the dynamic field where you miss the empty value?
