Hi,
For a ticket created i want email sent to otrs mail id gets added to that ticket.
Iam adding [Ticket#1512] in subject of mail.
but i dont see in the ticket in otrs.
do we need to configure something for it.

Its getting added as new ticket and not adding to existing ticket whose number is given. how to make it go to existingticket

PostMaster::CheckFollowUpModule###0100-Subject
is not working though its enabled.
am i missing any other setting for this to work.
