problem with customer page
Hello,
i'm facing this problem when a user log in the customer page
the user can write, can reply but cannot read what he wrote after sending the ticket (as image linked before)
i upload the apache error.log, are another logs needed?
OTRS version is 3.3.18

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

first, update to the last patch of 3 version. And then, update to the actual otrs versión with support, that I think is the 4.

Hi,
does this happen before or after you removed the feature add-on FAQ?
Did you restart the webserver after uninstalling the package?
In addition to this, it's strongly recommended not to use the Debian package of OTRS.

OTRS 3.x is out of support and security fixes since years (and is remote exploitable). Version 6 is actuall community version and receives security fixes

the update has to be manually and you have to follow all major releases:
3.3.x -> 4 (latest) -> 5 (latest) -> 6 (latest)

thanks for the reply, with or without the FAQ, server restarted.
a funny thing: if i press on the "print" icon inside otrs (in the customer web page) i can see all the content of the message in the generated pdf

ok thanks, the OTRS was warking so fine...
i was taking a look and on the disk the space left is around 2.5 gb, maybe is a disk space problem?

i can upgrade from 3.3.18 directly to the last version of the 4.x.x? on the official site i can't find the 3.3.19/20 upgrade/patch
