Hi,
I am unable to add a dynamic field in create ticket window of customer interface. Please help.
I tried
Dynamic field Text configuration dialog set the field as 1. but not able to see that text box in create ticket view of customer.pl
Ticket::Frontend::OverviewSmall###DynamicField
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###DynamicField
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketPhone###DynamicField
Ticket::TicketDynamicFieldDefault###Element1
PreferencesGroups###101-DynamicField-Field1 this gives error
I can see the text box in phone ticket create in agent but not in email and customer.pl new ticket.

You can try with
Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###DynamicField
and there add your dynamic field

What i want is to check the configuration you have here: Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###DynamicField and screenshot of your dynamics fields in order to find out the problem.
