Hi I have this anomaly that I would like to understand how to fix,
the tickets that open the tickets that from their web interface from the list of open tickets do not see the last answer donated by the operator, I mean the preview that is shown next to the ticket of the ticket operator you see)
the customer always sees his text from the preview.

make sure the operator's side isn't adding content as "Internal" ... that would hide from the customer side.

the problem of non-visualization of the operator's written text occurs only in the main list of open tickets. entering the ticket the text can be seen.

Make sure the appropriate PreviewArticleSenderTypes include agent
