Error with SchedulerTaskWorker & Lock wait timeout exceeded

Hello all,

I hope this time, that i get an answer or help if it is possible with my issue because last three topics from me I could not get an answer.
I had errors the first one with Invalid value for String & Error creating DateTime object :

it is not happing every day, last week it happed four times, two times with Could not create new scheduler recurrent task ArticleSearchIndexRebuild!
and one time with Could not create new scheduler recurrent task MailQueueSend! and one time with Could not create new scheduler recurrent task EscalationCheck!
What it could be this error, or how to find out the reason?

Is this error related with innodb_lock_wait_timeout environment variable?or if it is happed for one time, should not be big problem, because it happed one time till now.

I will be grateful for any help/tips

Hi,

My first approcha would be check the support data center for problems and the check with otrs.Console.pl Maint::Daemon::Summary (please provide the output if possible).

Hi Roy,

first thanks for your help.
I checked already in Support Data collector and I did not see any error except in FAQ :
Package Installation Status (FAQ 6.0.16)
Some packages are not correctly installed.
I disabled few pages of FAQ for the customer and for public, I changed the name of files, so that's why I had this error, but otherwise no errors.

I did the command otrs.Console.pl Maint::Daemon::Summary and the output:

i got today new error:

It happened from 31.03.2019 till 01.04.2019.
I am not sure what is it? I do not know if it has affected the database or like that?
I took to the logs under: opt->otrs->var->logs->Daemon then i choosed one of a lot of logfiles for SchedulerCronTaskManager and it contains:
