Hi All,
I am back again with two questions.
I want to disable completely customer interface (/otrs/customer.pl), so the customer users will send the Tickets only using Email.
And i need also to disable FAQ only for public users(/otrs/faq.pl),(/otrs/public.pl). So this link will not available for unregistered users.
Is there any solution or tips except renaming or moving the pages to another directory?
I took a look in system configuration but I couldn't find something.
OTRS is 6.0.16
Thanks in advance
