Hi,
I'm quite new, my company ask me to found an appllication Open source for ticket management. I knew OTRS by name, i install it to test first impression. Currently I'm asking how i can integrate OTRS in our buisness application in PHP, can I use webservice to create Agents, Customer from our web site such as I can create ticket with webservice exemple ?
