How to modify the text of the ticket after created

Hello All,

i have one question: if i created one ticket but i noted that there was wrong info in the text on this ticket, how i could modify the text (content) of the ticket?
I have OTRS3.3.6.

Content (Text) of an Article (Mail, Note) can not be changed. Add a new article.

Please also note that you use an extremly unsecure and outdated version, so you have to update
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

you mean, i should delete the first ticket (article) then create new one or add new article to the current ticket?
Yes, we are planing to change this version, we will do it as soon as possible.

Articles can also not be deleted. Just add a new one with the correct text

Sorry jojo, but i did not get what you mean.
I created new phone Ticket as screeshot in attachments. then i noticed that there was wrong info in the Text Field and i wanted to edit it after i created this ticket.
How should i do that?
Because i did not know about adding new article.

Add a note to the ticket, you can not change the text you wrote in the phone creation screen
