I'm currently configuring an e-mail adress for OTRS to fetch e-mails from. However I'm running across a simple setting I'm either not seeing or am completely mistaken by.
My question about it is: When I e-mail an adress configured to have mail fetched from, will it reply to me? If yes, can I edit this?
If it's unclear, here's an example:
1) Customer sends an e-mail to support@<company>.com
2) OTRS fetches mail from support@<company>.com
3) OTRS creates a ticket from the recieved e-mail
4) OTRS sends back an e-mail.
