Hello everybody,
Sorry if it was already asked, but I was not able to find anything specific for this problem. So, I have my Customer User database from AD, everything synchronizes fine, but specific Lithuanian characters (ąčęėįųū) shown as symbols in their names Å¾Ä JÅ«ratÄ (viewing from list, or adding them to ticket). Everything else is fine with charters. could anyone give me any lead to grab on?
