Attachments issue Help
Dear Community,
I am testing OTRS 6 on an Ubuntu Server using Win 10 with a Chrome browser. I hope my issue is beginner kind I have the following issue:
During ticket creation, when I make an attachment for example *.png file, I see the loading screen coming to and end and looks all fine. And then I click Send. I am missing this attachment in email notification and also when I open that ticket as an Agent in its interface.
Please help. Thank you in advance!

is it working if you attach a note with an attachment?

Which version are you using? Because in the 6 version patch level 6 there a few bugs repair about attachments.

Ok, but I got rid of email errors and still the same.
I noticed is that when I upload a file in a ticket creation process I cant see file size and trash icon, those 2 fields are empty.

Issue: I had virtual host set for customer login and it removed attachments function.

Im experiencing the same problem on 6.0.16 thinking the source is the virtual host for customer login. I'd be interested in an explanation how you fixed it too. Or did you just completly removed the virtual host for customer login?

Can you try reproducing this issue when you are accessing OTRS via secure HTTPs (meaning ssl + hostname)?

Our OTRS has the same behavior lately.
After selecting the attachment, the upload progress bar appears, but there is no file size or trash icon after that.
The problem occurred in version 6.0.16 and remained after upgrading to version 6.0.17.
And the issue happens both via secure (https) and insecure access. It doesn't seem restricted to the conditions mentioned in the bug.

In our OTRS, the problem was fixed after updating to version 6.0.18.
2019-03-04 Fixed bug#14432 - If session is in URL upload of attachments doesn't work.
