Mails werden plötzlich nach root@localhost gesendet

Hallo,

wir betreiben OTRS 5.0.14 seit einiger Zeit ohne Probleme. Seit ca. 3 Tagen sendet plötzlich root@localhost Mails nach außen.

Ich kann nicht feststellen woher das kommt. Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich ?

Hi,

sieht nach fehlerhafter Mail Konfiguration aus. Ohne vollständige (nicht geschwärzte) Header wird's schwer, ggf. bist Du auch hier im Forum mit dem Anliegen falsch.


Naheliegend ist wohl, dass Du ein SMTP Relay eingetragen hast, das mit root@localhost nichts anzufangen weiß.


Abgesehen davon... "plötzlich" hört sich für mich nach einer Änderung im System an.
Welche Änderungen an OTRS, Mail, Netz etc habt ihr denn gemacht? Was sagt Dein Change Management Team dazu?

Laut deiner Fehlermeldung versucht er ja an root@localhost zu senden.
Suche doch mal in deiner SysConfig nach root@localhost ob das noch irgendwo als Empfänger für Systemmeldungen o.ä. eingetragen ist.

Hallo,

ich habe einmal nach Root@localhost gesucht. ich werde auf die Seite 'Core' geführt, da ist root@localhost aber nur grau als default Beispiel hinterlegt.
Den Wert habe ich schon geändert.

"Plötzlich" passiert an einem System ohne vorheriger Änderung nix.

Du verwendest ein SMTP Relay richtig? Dein OTRS versucht eine E-Mail an root@localhost an Deinen Relay zu übergeben
vermute ich mal. Dein Mail Relay kennt aber root@localhost nicht und gibt 'n Fehler zurück. Das ist korrekt.

Warum die Mail vorher nie aufgefallen ist, ist komisch.

auf localhost gibt's wohl keinen Mailserver, oder Du kriegst halt 'n Timeout (weil zu langsam)

Ich bin jetz kein Mail Guru, aber 212.227.20.202 ist Dein lokaler OTRS Server? Dann läuft da doch ein MX drauf?
Dann musst du dem sagen, dass root@localhost lokal ist und die Zustellung enstprechend konfigurieren.

Bei mir zum Beispiel habe ich in der /etc/aliases alle Mails an root (root@localhost) an den otrs@otrsserver.local gerouted, somit
krieg' ich alle root@localhost adressierten Mails als Ticket.

das kommt wohl vom OTRS Scheduler/Daemon


wer kriegt denn die Daemon/Cron Mails? Ich vermute (!) root@localhost und da weiß Dein Server halt nicht wohin damit.
Schau Dir mal die Dateien in /opt/otrs/var/cron/ an

Weiterhin vermute ich einfach, dass Du keinen lokalen MX hast und Dein SMTP Relay halt mit root@localhost zu recht nicht
weiß was damit zu tun ist.


Ich hoffe, ich hab ned so kompliziert geschrieben ;) Aber Mailserver/Routing ist nicht mein Fachgebiet.

sorry für die Verzögerung. Das Senden hat plötzlich wieder aufgehört. Das Problme ist für mich soweit gelöst
