Skype, Whatsapp and other interactions
Hello friends!
I am new in the world OTRS and I have a doubt , I searched and did not find the answer.
To answer a ticket , we have the e- mail options , inbound phone , outgoing phone and note.
There is the possibility to add or edit these fields ?
In our servicedesk , we receive interactions via Whatsapp and Skype as well. Can we register it?

Do you have access to an API to both of them?

Both modules would need complex development. WhatsApp e.g. has no Public API

Hello friends , I think I was not very clear.
My idea is to just change the option name in the interface. When we access the "communication" menu options have the note , inbound phone , outbound phone and outbound email. I would like to add a field " skype contact" and " whatsapp contact" or " Another communication ".
