Hello, I found this thing on web. What you think about that KIX4OTRS, how to use that? How to install that? Is it good software?

Beware of the orange Kix4Otrs theme. Looks awful.

We've been using it since 3 years now and I can say its filling lots of gaps vanilla OTRS has + its free. The support from KIX team has been good with us so far but its a little bit more unstable than OTRS releases but like I said, we couldnt work without KIX4OTRS with their features.

As far as I understand forking, it is no fork right now, it is a package with many OTRS and Cape Add Ons.

OTRS 8 auf Debian 11 (Test)
