I once wrote a chat module for OTRS based on Node.js. Could only recommend that if you have some experience.

Thanks RStraub but I don't have understanding of Node.js,

Can someone have any idea of phpfreechat an open source tool available which can be integrated in OTRS. If yes what are the steps needs to be follow.

you can not expect answers within hours in a community forum.
If you get no response, there is most likely no solution or members have no idea. Begging for help is not desired and might be counterproductive.

If you must have a answer, you have to buy commercial support.

as you don't seem to have the needed developer knowledge you really should switch to the build in module of the OTRS Business Solution™
