Hi, you can use HTML code for edit the signature:

<img alt="logo company" src="http://"URL_OF_THE_IMAGE"/NAME.png" />

Sorry, this option not work i try with this, also you can add the tag <img> but thanks, please anybody tell me if this work with a tag of otrs?
