HI,

Have you work with OTRS App, if so what is the downs and ups?
aren't there any official apps on the way? :)

Hi,

there is an "official" OTRS App from xxx.

For iphone there is also an app from it-novum or another called iOTRS. Maybe there are more.

Feel free to use them.

i use DS Helpdesk for android devices.
OTRS: 3.1.18, OTRS::ITSM 3.1.10
Apache2/MySQL 5+
