1) use the script $OTRS_HOME/bin/otrs.TicketDelete.pl
2) Create a GenericAgent where select all tickets and delete them...

the Generic Agent is the most easy option :)
OTRS: 3.1.18, OTRS::ITSM 3.1.10
Apache2/MySQL 5+

don't use SQL to Change OTRS Database!
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
