Hide tickets from non-queues.

Hi,

How can i disable the all tickets view in open tickets section of the dashboard
only admin can able to see all tickets,remaining people can only able to see the tickets in their queues,
can anyone help me.

set up a proper permission model
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
