Hello, I have a problem this day when the OTRS sends emails I get an error smtp authentication on clients, but in the records I have seen the following:

221 is Service closing transmission channel (done?) but the appropriate error would show before this.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks crythias, i solved this with change smtp direction but i need know where can see the log of the mail that send otrs, i have a mail server with a hosting, but i can see this log?

hi my hoster want to see my records, see in /var/log/messages But if possible see anything else?
