I'm using OTRS 3.2.0 , since last friday I'm no more able to send mail to customer after opened a ticket, the screen remains blank.
Looking at otrs.log in D:\OTRS\OTRS\var\ I can see the following staetment
[Error][Kernel::System::MailAccount::POP3S::_Fetch] POP3S: Auth for user email@example.com/outlook.office365.com failed!
Checked user in microsoft and is ok.
Nothing has been changed in OTRS system.
Any suggestion will be appreciated
