Could you please help me to configure my mail id in OTRS to get the notifications on tickets.

Please let me know the settings and procedure to configure my company mail id to get the notifications from OTRS

read the manual and ask your email admin for the settings needed for your server
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

I have one doubt here. I am getting the notifications from OTRS to my company mail id about topics.
But, Why am not receiving notifications from ORS to my company mail id once created a ticket.

you might not have configured your preferences well, must select notifications that you want to reach in your user preferences on the selected queues in My Queues.
