We have a customer implementation planned ahead, they have CIS hardening policy that will be implemented during infra setup and hardening will be done according to https://www.cisecurity.org/cis-benchmarks/.
Environment details:
OTRS Version: 6.0.20
server : RHEL 7
CIS policy :Profile 2
Can anyone please let me know impact on OTRS performance & functionality ?
If OTRS won't work using CIS level 2 ,what are other alternatives to make OTRS work using CIS Policy?
Regards,

Re: CIS Hardening Policy On OTRS
Hi,
We have details discussion with the end customer /infra team, and have ended with implementing of OTRS with Profile 2 CIS hardening policy, As I have come across that Profile 2 is not supported by OTRS,
if still CIS hardening level 2 is implemented on OTRS servers, can someone suggest the impact of OTRS functionality if any.
