Hello everyone!
Now I started to deal with change management in OTRS. Many Google pages have been crawled and searched on the forum, but I couldn't find a solution to my question.
My question would be whether it is possible to lock a workrder until its status is changed by a particular user/agent. So I'd like to assign a work order to a user.
Is it possible at all? If so, please help me how to solve it.
