I'm trying to add a bot to reply tickets
However is in testing mode and I want to verify the answer first. So I want the bot user save the answer as draft, but only the same user can see the draft.in OTRS 5. Is there a way that admin or any new ticket owner can see the existing draft?
Or is there a way to forward a note?

Draft functionality is available in ((OTRS community edition)) 6
