How to change menu or sub menu items?

I would need to remove the sub menu item "New email ticket" under "Ticket" menu. Also want to rename "New phone ticket" sub menu to "New Ticket". Could someone guide me on where and how to make these changes?

Hello Rajesh,

in OTRS 5, you can do these changes in the SysConfig under Frontend::Module###AgentTicketPhone and Frontend::Module###AgentTicketEmail.
