We have to show a dynamic field by ticket type. For example, we have a change or incident. We have to think about information policies within the rfc, but we don’t want to think about it within the incidents.
I have made a lot of ACL’s, but the dynamic fields are shown in each sort of ticket or it doesn’t show on each ticket.
How can we create dynamic fields dependent on ticket type?
