Hi,
what logs did you check? Maybe you missed something? An Internal Server Error should be in the logs.

Actually I am Microsoft developer, so I am weak in this area.
Where can I find the logs exactly, that I can find this error.
I have checked the log file in the ubuntu for OTRS

I have also checked "System Log" in the admin page for OTRS, but nothing written about this error
