Problem with add column to dashbord OTRS 4.0

Hi,
I am a newbie here and I have problem with simply (IMO) configuration OTRS 4. When I trying to add new column on dashbord (for example "type" or "Owner" in settings open tickets) OTRS don't save my add changes.
Do You have any idea?

(1) ensure, that your file permissions are correct

(2) if there is a configuration for that SysConfig entry in <otrshome>/Kernel/Config.pm that one "wins" the battle. Either change your configuration there or remove that config from that file.

Thank you for your response.

I chacked your advice (especially file permission) and it is as it should be (System has permission to write).

When I add columns system OTRS produce that logs (in attachment).

So, your configuration is actually saved, but doesn't show any effect? You may check if the configuration is saved file <OTRSHOME>/KErnel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm - it should contain the configuration you entered.

can you give a screenshot of the configuration that you try to save?
I try update configuration by GUI OTRS.

When I execute change in
HTTP://OTRSHOST/otrs/index.pl?Action=Ad ... oup=Ticket
in DefaultOverviewColumns I have possibility to add column only for all group (new ticket, open ticket, eskalation ticket, pending reminder) not in custom view in dashboard.

So you can save your configuration (SysConfig) but the agent preferences cannot be saved. I though you had issues saving your configuration in SysConfig.

Did you try to update to the latest framework release?
