I need to insert a default text in subject and body. (see attachment)
I think that I need to Insert in the zzzProcessManagement the default values. I tryed witch
DefaultBodyValue
ValueBody
BodyValue,
Body
etc...
without success.
Can you help me?

You don't have defaults. If you want a Body, you specify that in the ArticleCreate or TicketCreate
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
