Aktivate CI-Graph/Link Graph in KIX4OTRS

Hi,

I'm using OTRS 3.3.x with ITSM, KIXCore and KIX4OTRS (V 6.1.3). The package KIX4OTRS include the function CI-Graph/Link Graph for the CMDB. I read in the documention that CI-Graph is enabled in the standard configuration. Where and how can I aktivate the CI-Graph/Link Graph?

just enable SysConfig option "AgentITSMConfigItemZoomBackend###0130-LinkGraph".

thanks for your answer. In the SysConfig I searched the option "0130". I get only showd the group "Frontend::Agent::Dashboard".
I looked in all groups of all frameworks, but I can't find the option "AgentITSMConfigItemZoomBackend###0130-LinkGraph".

SysConfig group "KIX4OTRS-ITSM", sub group "Frontend::Agent::ITSMConfigItem::ViewZoomTabLinkGraph". If there is noSC-key "AgentITSMConfigItemZoomBackend###0130-LinkGraph", the package is not properly installed. Perhaps you installed KIX4OTRS first and then the ITSM-packages without reinstalling KIX4OTRS after that. But that's just a guess.

Firstly I installed OTRS::ITSM after OTRS. After this KIXCore and KIX4OTRS followed at last. The Group "KIX4OTRS-ITSM" does not displayed.

With "elements" I mean the numbers in the parentheses.

Is it possible that an package is missing?

The package is not properly installed. Did you follow the instructions and installed it as user with rw permission on the otrs directory? Could the other KIX4OTRS*-Directories be created and does contain Config.pm corresponding use-clauses?

your installation seems to be incomplete or at least not performed properly. It's likely that this happened to to missing permissions on the installing user.

I added this use-clauses in Config.pm, so now I can activate the Link-Graph and I see the group KIX4OTRS-ITSM.

Actually there's a bit more to do than just adding these lines to Config.pm. Modifications also affect the apache-perl-startup.pl, index.pl and others. In order to get all configuration you should run following commands or alternatively you may reinstall KIX4OTRS with root-permissions and then set permissions to your OTRS-user again afterwards. Don't forget to run otrs.DeleteCachel.pl and otrs.RebuildConfig.pl and to restart your webserver.
