ITSM-CIAttributeCollection 2.4.0 (CRs and bugfixing)

We've prepared a bug fix for ITSM-CIAttributeCollection, so try the new version 2.4.0.

What has been added and improved:

• CR: added attribute ticket reference
  CR: added attribute types SLAReference and TypeReference
  CR: updated required version of ITSMConfigurationManagement to 3.3.6
  CR: removed file Kernel/Modules/AgentUserSearch.pm - included since OTRS 3.3.1
  Bugfix: EncryptedText did not quote value in edit mode
  Bugfix: fixed search result due to sorting
  Bugfix: performance improvement in sub ITSMCIAttributCollectionUtils::GetAttributeValuesBy*

If you use OTRS-CMDB, you may be interested in DynamicFieldITSMConfigItem and DynamicFieldRemoteDB as well.

This error is still aktiv:

You create a Reference-Field ans set Required=1
When you create or edit a CI and this field is empty, where will be no error-message
