How to attach multiple attachment in AgentTicketPhone?

Hi all,

In the AgentTicketPhone, we need to add two separate attachments.

For example:

Design Accept Document : Browse File

Impact Analysis Document : Browse File


Please let me know if possible

not with the normal one.

you might use the feature add on "dynamic field attachment" which is available for OTRS Service customers

i checked and there is only DeleteAttachement in the add on.

The name is: OTRSDynamicFieldAttachment
you have to be Service Customer at OTRS Group to request it
