Hi. We've just started with OTRS and have it running on Amazon EC2. I have a MS-SQL backend to our Sales/Customer Support app, and I have the ability to use .NET to generate SOAP calls. However, I have looked and cannot find a way to add or change customers in OTRS via SOAP. I'm trying to eliminate the need to manually add or change customers, and want to propagate any customer change in the Support App to OTRS in near-real-time. I've searched FAQ and every other place I could think of -- I simply cannot find out how to maintain customer records via SOAP.
Is there any way to make this work?

you have to use the rpc.pl which has the customer user object
