Can't loggin users [Solved]

Hello,
This is probably a stupid questions but I can't get my head around it. I've just installed OTRS to get a look at it and created a couple of test agents and all is fine. I've gone to create a couple of test customers and allthough they seem correctly created i just can't logon using the username and password? Am I missing some simple and obvious and documented step??

Are you trying to log on to the agent interface (... index.pl)? Customers are only allowed to log on to the customer interface at example.com/otrs/customer.pl
