Could you help me ?

Calender Module is not (and will not) be released for 3.x

It is old and mostly not used and lacks a lot of features. So a migration to 3.0 is to expensive

Hey,
i tested the module Calendar 1.9.5 in my OTRS 3.0.10
(just changed the Framwork line in the opm-file)

It looks awful, you have to change 2-3 lines in the AgentCalendar.dtl to be able to create appointments, but it seems to be working.
