add field in customer registration

I would like to add a 5th field in the customer registration form (location). It's the same field that is located in the profile of the customer (whitch you can edit as an agent).

So something like this :

Create account

Titel
Name
Last name
E-mail adress
Location -> when they fill this in it also shows in the customer profile

Because the field already exists in the database i think i only need to edit 1 file but i'm not sure whitch file
