Customer Search Criteria

I need to add name('first_name && last_name') search criteria in new phone ticket customer search as well as in normal customer search.
Please help me how to do it.. :) :(

CustomerSearchFields are defined in the /Kernel/config.pl file.

Add the search criteria in the Config.pm
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
