Hello,
I did a fresh install of otrs 3.0.7 and the itsm module, but I want to import my 2.x database to the new fresh installed OTRS system.
Is this possible and how can I achieve this?

Not as you describe it. Your best bet is to back up everything 2.x, and in place incrementally update the x (2.1->2.2->2.3->2.4 ->3.0) reading the UPGRADING file each time. Once you reach 3.0.7, back up again (backup.pl everything) and restore to the fresh install.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
